In 2005, I boldly decided to quit my job at a dental office and enroll in culinary school. After completing my culinary studies in 2007, I gained experience working at various restaurants and hotels. Later, I took on the challenging task of serving daily meals to over a thousand employees for a Fortune 500 company, including preparing meals for executive dining. In 2015, I left the corporate world to establish my own business, primarily focusing on healthy eating. My goal was to prepare for the next phase of my journey – returning to college. Upon obtaining a Nutrition Certificate, I pursued Public Health with a minor in Holistic Health.
 
Now, I am back with my team members, and this time around, we are confident that we can provide the best services possible by incorporating more nutrition and a holistic approach to a healthy lifestyle.
